What happens in Vegas...

There are a few things you can ALWAYS count on when going to Vegas:
1.  There will always be someone crazier than you.
2.   It will be hot.
3.   Many times you will be left speechless.
4.  You will never know who you will run into on the strip.

This trip was no exception.

I was able to go down with my sister and her family while her husband had to go down for work.  We had a great time swimming at the pool and being away from work and spending time with the kiddos.

First order of business go to the pool and relax.  It was wonderful.  We were able to float around the lazy river all day and enjoy the life of being on vacation.

After spending a relaxing day at the pool we decided to take the kiddos down to see Las Vegas.  Gabers wanted to eat at the ESPN zone and Natalie wanted the kiddos to see M&M world and the Coke Factory.

On our way from New York, New York we can across the one and only....
Michael Jackson.
Because of my love for MJ stopping and snapping a picture was a must.
(This guy sounded and  looked SO much like Michael, I was borderline creeped out)

After our Michael siting, we headed to the Coke Factory.  We tried 16 different cokes from around the world.  Gabe would start the tasting off for us and then we would all take a sip and pass the drink around to the next person and it would end back on Gabe.
After a couple of drinks we noticed he was then finishing them off.  Little stinker!  You can see by the picture below he did a real good job drinking the soda!  Here are the drinks that he liked!
And these are the drinks that he wouldn't drink again!
Walking the strip with a baby was a whole new experience.  I'm considering doing it more often.  You don't have near the amount of people offering you handouts when you do!
Isn't he SO cute!
Before going to Vegas, I had to go to the doctors and get a shot.  On our way to Vegas I noticed my arm was infected a bit and it was hot.  Both things not a good sign.  So we continued to watch it.  Well it just kept spreading.  Nurse Natalie drew a line around the infection so we could see how fast and much it was spreading.  The kiddos thought it was fun that I was drawing on my arm and they wanted theirs done too!  Here we are sporting our newest Arm Doodles!

I will say being the single sister, has its purks.  You do get invited on a lot of vacations with them!  It was another great trip and a fun couple of days by the pool.

Thanks, Collier's!
