Sac town & San Fran

The first stop on YOD (Year of Dreams) tour is Sacramento.  My beloved cousins live in Sacramento and we came to attend a memorial service for my Uncle Ken.  What a special time to come together as family and celebrate a man that we all loved so much. 

It was also very special for my Grandma to go out there to honor her baby brother's life.  At 91 years old, a trip to California is not the easiest. But she is a trooper. 

Even though the reason for the trip was due to losing someone so special to us, it was still a great trip to see our California family.  Thank goodness for the internet, because it makes us feel like we are not SO far away.

 And with being so close to San Fran, we decided to take a quick trip for the day.  Even though it was rainy and cold we still had a great time!
